The apartment with a communal pool is situated within the complex Pueblo Pinos on the ground floor. Within a distance of 250 meters is the sea with a wide beach, the harbour and a boulevard. Close by you can do your grocery shopping at a large supermarket, a butchery and a bakery. Behind the apartment is a private parking space available for you.

A cosy decorated living room with a view over the terrace and the pool. In the living room adjacent to the terrace is also a TV and a radio/CD- player. You also have access to wifi in our apartment.
The children can enjoy themselves with some games. In the living room are two separate bunk-beds (80 x 190 cm).
The apartment is fully decorated and has all of the contemporary conveniences. Since spring ’06 there is a new built-in kitchen with a refrigerator, a dishwasher and washing machine, a hot-air oven and a microwave, a ceramic cooking plate (4), a water boiler, a coffee machine and an espresso machine.
The bedroom with a bed for 2 persons (140 x 200 cm) with terrace door to the backyard. Also present is a little camping bed. In the bathroom you will find a toilet, a bidet and a bath.
A furnished wide terrace with a small garden. A view on the cosy patio and pool, lit at night. The private parking space is directly 5 meters behind the apartment, and you can also reach the space via the backyard. From 12.00 till dusk you will enjoy the sun on your own terrace.
The complex has a wide enclosed garden with a sun terrace and a communal pool. The children will enjoy themselves in the separate baby- and toddler pool. Want to get out of the sun? The shadowy palm trees give you the possibility.
